Oxbridge Math Tutors What families can expect

Service Charter

Clear terms and no pressure to continue. The way we work is designed to make an informed decision easier, not to make a family feel rushed into tutoring.

01 / Response

A reply within 24 hours.

All email and WhatsApp replies are sent within 24 hours. If we need more information to answer well, we will tell you what is missing.

02 / Diagnostic

45 minutes, then a report within 24 hours.

The diagnostic consists of 30 minutes of live observation and 15 minutes of independent work. A written report follows within 24 hours with the evidence, its limits and an honest recommendation—including when the best next step is not joining a programme.

03 / Scheduling

Your preferred time is a request.

Families may request Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 20:15 Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), in 15-minute starts. Each diagnostic lasts 45 minutes and must end by 21:00. We confirm the time with you; submitting a form does not book a slot.

04 / Changes

Reschedule without a fee.

Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations are handled case by case, with any applicable charges communicated clearly in advance—never as a surprise on an invoice.

05 / Fees

Agree terms before a programme begins.

The diagnostic fee is due when the diagnostic is booked. Any term programme schedule, fee and terms are agreed in writing before the programme starts.

06 / Practice

No grade promises or artificial urgency.

We do not promise grades, press families to continue, or overbook. A recommendation should follow the evidence from the student’s work.
